West Kent wishes to commission:
- 1.A review of current and future demand:
- a.Around our current older people properties to ascertain current and future demand.
- b.In Kent more widely to understand where there is significant future demand for older people's housing.
- 2.The provider to create a stock analysis tool to assess each of our current older people's properties against. This will include but not be limited to: demand; service provision; location and nearby amenities; physical attributes of scheme; communal facilities and financial viability
- 3.The provider to highlight best practice in our offer to older people in our General Needs stock and recommend potential improvements.
- 4.Wider best practice in older people's accommodation.
