Cheshire West and Chester Council have secured part year funding from the Department for Transport to deliver Level 2 (to include Level 1 training in course) and Level 3 Bikeability training to the whole of the Borough. Our boundaries are comprised from those of the three previous districts of Chester, Ellesmere Port and Neston and Vale Royal.
