Lewisham Homes is undertaking the replacement of the rising mains, lateral mains emergency lighting and associated electrical Works at a number of it's sites.
The Works shall include the stripping out of some existing electrical services, relocation of some existing electrical services and the provision of new electrical services installations, which shall include new main distribution equipment, lateral mains, containments systems, modifications to existing landlord’s installations, earthing & bonding, and all associated builders works etc.
