Wichelstowe Multi-Sports & Landscape Design Services

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of design services related to a multi-sports site on Wichelstowe.

Project Description

The services will include the detailed design of two development parcels for multi-sports including adult football pitches, a MUGA, a NEAP (Neighbourhood Equipped Play Area), a pavilion and associated car parking and landscaping culminating in a Reserved Matters Planning Application.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 15th April 2024, 1600 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal.
