description
The Olive School Bolton temporarily occupies the lower two floors of an existing building (Ashton House), previously used as an office, but due to expansion requires the above vacant floor to be brought into use. The contractor will be required to refurbish and remodel the currently unoccupied second floor and remodel selected spaces on the ground and first floors. The works will include removing and adding partition walls, new doors, addition of WC's and making good affected wall and floor finishes. Mechanical and Electrical alterations will be required to the affected rooms. Some works to the building envelope may be required. A design brief will be provided to explain the architectural and engineering requirements. The successful contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.
The proposed procurement will be a single stage tender, which will be released as a lump sum to a design and build contractor.
Contractors wishing to receive the tender documentation for this project should respond to Uzair Safdar at the email address shown below.
