description
The National Recruitment Steering Group is developing a national adoption recruitment campaign with a number of ambition working groups undertaking specifics tasks around BAME engagement, customer journey, digital and marketing and communication sub groups. The policy officer and Chief Executive within the contract organisation will support representatives from the voluntary sector on the groups and will engage the rest of the VAA membership at various points in seeking care studies and responses to activities and supporting the campaign. The policy officer will also assist in the drafting of policy and practice documentation as required as part of the campaign and strategy
