Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Potential Suppliers for the provision of the traffic management; stewards, security and First Aid provisions for the Worcester Show from Friday 13th August to Monday 16th August 2021. Key information about the event:-

The Worcester Show is your typical village show on a City scale located in Gheluvelt Park, North Worcester. The event encompasses the entire park from the riverside in the west to the A38 in the east. For more information about the event visit worcestershow.org.uk. In 2021 the event is likely to take place on Pitchcroft

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
