description
THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION
Derbyshire County Council are seeking to ascertain the supply base for a collaboration partner to support the East Midlands and Northamptonshire Childrens Trust (NCT). The intention is to understand the number of suppliers that are available to meet our requirements, the value the support could demonstrate, and the cost of doing business with them. All ten local authorities in the East Midlands and NCT are committed to the principles behind sector led improvement and have formed the East Midlands Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliance (RIIA). We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure the services we provide and the approaches we take are rooted in ensuring that outcomes for children, young people and their families are improved. The Alliance is built upon openness and trust and will serve to provide robust support and challenge and a programme of joint learning and development against clear priorities.
Instructions for Participation
Suppliers are invited to complete the questionnaire. In addition, the attached Identification of Confidential Information (FOIA Schedule) must also be completed and returned.
All completed documents must be returned via the Proactis e-tendering portal by Tuesday 13th February 2024 12pm.
Where we think further clarification is required, we may seek further discussion with those potential suppliers who submit a response as part of this exercise.
For the avoidance of doubt no information provided in response to this questionnaire will be used by the Council in assessing providers during any procurement process. Information will be used for gathering market intelligence only.
All information included in this Soft Market Testing questionnaire is confidential and only for the recipient's knowledge. No information included in this document or in discussions connected to it may be disclosed to any other party without prior written authorisation.
