Treasury Management Advice

The Council requires the services of a treasury management advisor for advice on treasury issues, in particular provision of a list of investment counterparties which satisfy the criteria determined by Cabinet as part of this report, as well as advising on other issues, such as economic and interest rate forecasts and client benchmarking against other Council's. The advice given by the advisors enables the Council to make risk adverse decisions on our cash management within a timely and legal manner adhering to relevant codes of practice.

The value for the core services specification elements have been estimated at around £16,000 per annum, and the contract is for two to five years. Additional, relevant advice may be sought up to an estimated additional £80,000 value, but the maximum total contract value will not be exceeded.

It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
