Thames Valley JCP District wishes to procure an intensive, specialist, career focused coaching programme for ESA claimants that are awaiting their Work Capability Assessment (WCA). The programme will target Jobcentre Plus claimants with ‘entrenched workless-ness’, or multiple long term/significant barriers, that are unable to be addressed through existing provision in the Reading area; and those who are unable to access existing provision due to personal reasons.
