The scope of works under this contract includes the supply and installation of various types of pressure treated timber Fencing and Boundary Works.

Bromford is responsible for maintaining homes and schemes across its four localities. Fencing and Boundary projects are often identified by Bromfords Repairs Managers. If a job is too big or too specialist for our in-house responsive repairs teams it gets referred to planned maintenance.

The Fencing and Boundary programme is aligned with the four localities / areas, so that delivery and reporting can be administered at a local level.

Bromford also receive work referrals; sometimes in year referrals need to be prioritised immediately as they might pose a health and safety risk to our customers and/or the general public.

In addition to the fencing and boundary programme work; contractors may be required to provide quotes for estate improvements and major repairs. In the past these jobs have included:
