Queens Park Hall Storage Room Extension

Yaxley Parish Council is running an open tender competition for an agreement (the contract) for the single storey extension to the west elevation of the Queens Park Hall, Daimler Avenue, Yaxley, PE7 3AU to provide additional storage facilities. The proposed extension is relatively in scale at a depth of approx. 4.5m, width approx. 5 metres and overall height of approx. 2.65m. It has a flat roof and projects from the west elevation of the building which overlooks the associated recreation ground which means that there will be no changes to the east elevation of the building. The roofline is level with the eaves of the existing building and (aside from the roof) the materials will be to match.
