The National Audit Office is looking to obtain an independent expert view from an organisation with civil engineering expertise to assist us in evaluating the appropriateness of Highways England's condition-based depreciation methodology for structures assets. This is to support our 2019-20 audit work and there is a hard deadline for a final report by late May 2020, with earlier delivery preferred.
