This tender pack has been produced as a means of selecting and appointing a Project Manager and Cost Consultant ("the Consultant") for All Saints New Build Accommodation project.
The project comprises:
| • | design, construction and fit out of new build accommodation at the All Saints site |
| • | planning and move of staff from existing offices at All Saints and IWM London into this new accommodation. |
