Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as THE CHEST (www.the-chest.org.uk). Tenderers will need to register their details at the following link https://www.the-chest.org.uk. Once registered, tenderers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow applicants to gain access to the pre-qualification questionnaire.Tenderers will need to electronically submit the completed tender submissions and accompanying documentation via the on-line portal by 5pm on 18th April 2016. Any clarification queries must also be submitted via THE CHEST. Under the terms of the contract, service providers will be required to support the Councils' economic and social regeneration objectives and actively participate in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of, and surroundings of, the place of deliver yof the framework agreement (further details are provided in the ITT package).

The duration of the contract is two(2) years with an option to extend by up to an additional four (4) years, entirely at the choice and discretion of MCC.

Therefore the value range is for the full potential contract period (including any potential renewals/ extensions), i.e. 6 year total period.
