Additional information: The Agency wishes to procure a national logging and tracking system for Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. It should be a fully hosted and managed service by the selected supplier. It should also be an off the shelf product, as opposed to a bespoke development. The contract will be for two years, with any detail on extension options is yet to be confirmed or agreed
