| • | Audley Range, Blackburn; |
| • | Harrison Street, Blackburn; |
| • | Preston Old Road, Blackburn. |
And will encompass the following works:
| • | Carriageway inlay resurfacing; |
| • | Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork; |
| • | Replacement of road markings; |
| • | Liaison with stakeholders and the public; |
| • | Traffic management. |
