Market Engagement Event - Diabetic Eye Screening Programme NHS England South (South Central)

NHS England South (South Central) (the Commissioners) are hosting a bidder engagement event. Potential bidders will be given information on the future commissioning and provision of NHS Diabetic Eye Screening for individuals living and registered in Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW) and details on the forthcoming procurement plus the opportunity to ask the commissioner questions.

This facilitated event will be held on 23rd March 2016 from 10:00 until 12:00 and will take place in:

Wiltshire

SN15 1JW

The event is open to providers and potential future bidders of NDESP programmes in the UK.

To express an interest in attending this event: Please email procurement@swcsu.nhs.uk detailing your organisation name and the name of the person(s) (maximum of 2) who will be attending the event. Please reference Project 140 DESP BSW FAO Sarah Mahony in the subject line of the email.

An email confirmation will be issued confirming your organisations booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Organisations are required to book a place at this event; the deadline to book a place is 12 noon on Monday 21st March 2016, 2 places per organisations will be offered initially.

The itinerary for the event is in two distinct parts. The first will provide an overview of the future model for diabetic eye screening across B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire; the second part will consider the invitation to tender and procurement process.
