Tier 3 / Tier 4 Weight Management Services Provider forum event

Fareham & Gosport CCG, North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG, North Hampshire CCG, South Eastern Hampshire CCG, West Hampshire CCG, Southampton City CCG and Isle of Wight CCG are considering collaboratively commissioning tier 3 specialist weight management service and tier 4 specialised complex obesity services (including bariatric surgery).
