Crawley BC - Design and Build of Tilgate Forest Recreation Huts

Crawley Borough Council is seeking tenders under the Council's local tender process from suitably qualified Design and Build Contractors to develop the existing design brief for two new Recreation Huts within the existing Recreation Centre in Tilgate Forest. Both huts have obtained planning permission.

The Works are to be built for CBC and to be funded directly by the Council.

The Tenderer is invited to develop Contractor's proposals based on the guidelines outline with the Employer's requirement and any improvements on them that the Tenderer may wish to suggest. This brief is not intended to be a comprehensive performance specification. It is assumed that the Contractor has experience in the design of this type of building and will design in accordance with all relevant standards and industry best practice. The Contractor will be taking full responsibility for leading all stages of the development whilst working closely with Crawley Borough Council.

Additional information: It is possible that the Council shall be issuing additional clarification and information in response to tenderer queries during the tender process.
