Culture and Leisure Catering Concession 2023 - Portsdown Hill Car Park

The Council is inviting tenders from appropriate Operators to run a high-quality good value eating establishment at Portsdown Hill car park as a mobile kiosk unit which can include hot and cold food and drink provision but not ice creams.

The lease will run for a term of 5 years with options to extend up to a maximum of a further 5 years at the Council's absolute discretion and in intervals to be agreed by both parties.

Set out below is the proposed timetable. This is intended as a guide and, whilst the Council does not intend to depart from the timetable, it reserves the right to do so at any time. Should the Tender deadline date change, all Tenderers will be informed of this change via Intend

Evaluation of returns completed - 10th August

Notification of preferred Tenderer - 15th August

Voluntary standstill starts - 16th August

Voluntary standstill ends - 30th August

Contracts Awarded from - 31st August
