description
The programme will take a framework approach to commission short term, sessional or time bound activities such as one off workshops for parents or children, parenting programmes, adult or family learning courses and other training activity.
The Framework will be for 4 years from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2019 and will be subject to a call-off on an annual basis. The Framework will be managed in conjunction with our Children Centre network to ensure courses meet priorities at a local level and framework organisations will be provided with the opportunity to bid against identified needs.
