PLEASE NOTE THAT CLARIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITH THIS TENDER.
Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.
The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to deliver refurbishment works to Warwick Crescent blocks 2-20 and 22-40, major refurbishment works and new build works to Grosvenor House (1-54).
The 2no Warwick Crescent blocks are 5no storeys high each of concrete ring beam construction built in 1967. The blocks are positioned to the West of the site and either side of the West Gable end of Grosvenor House.
Grosvenor House (1-54) essentially consists of 2no blocks, A block and B block, A block being 5 storeys in height and B block 7 storeys in height. Grosvenor House is of traditional construction, built in 1953 containing 54 no single storey flats.
