The reason for the waiver is to;
| 1. | Enable the creation of a multi-agency soft threshold hub |
| 2. | Fund a link worker for Changing Lives who will provide front of house support for the extra capacity that will be created |
| 3. | To enable Changing Lives to establish a bespoke, consolidated support for vulnerable women in a separate location to Princes Street which will improve services to vulnerable women in Doncaster |
