IOPs Circuit Breaker

This requirement is to replace the existing 800-amp switch fuse housed in the Blewstar Low Voltage switchboard with a Moulded case circuit breaker of the same manufacturer in keeping with the site standard for the service level agreements.

The existing fuse protects the 3 off 185mm 4 core SWA cables that supply the chilled water sub-main chiller and pump distribution panel within the Biological services Department facility.

HOW TO REGISTER AN INTEREST

Register your company on the e-Sourcing portal (this is only required once):

1. Go to http://mhra.bravosolution.co.uk/

2. Click the link to register.

3. Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue'.

4. Enter your correct business and user details.

5. Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete.

6. You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure).

7. Email rene.kiliaan@nibsc.org to confirm you have registered and to indicate which opportunity you are interested in.

8. We will then be able to add you to our mailing list to automatically inform you when the tender is published.

Please note the tender is yet to be published, so you will not see it on the portal, the above requirements are to ensure you are on our distribution list and you will receive notification as soon as the requirement is published.

Additional information: The agency will be holding a SITE VISIT on Monday 15th February 2021 for a maximum of three consecutive days depending on the number of applicants. Tenderers should confirm their attendance through the Bravo messaging system together with the names of the proposed attendees. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate two representatives per supplier for the morning or afternoon session. We must receive your confirmation of attendance on or before Thursday 11th February 2021 to allow for adequate preparation.

A site visit is a MANDATORY requirement to ensure you have all the information you need to submit a bid. If you do not attend a site visit, we will not be able to evaluate your tender return.
