description
LeftCoast (http://www.leftcoast.org.uk/about-us/) is an ambitious programme of arts and cultural activity across Blackpool and Wyre to enrich the lives of those who live, work and visit here. LeftCoast currently have two skills and sector development projects underway - one is an apprenticeship scheme and the other a volunteering scheme. We are looking to commission qualitative research for these schemes. The research will need to look at apprentice and volunteers experiences of participating and the impact on their skills and outcomes over the medium term (1 year). Blackpool Coastal Housing is the fund holder for the Creative People and Places project and any quotations resulting in appointment will result in a contractual arrangement with Blackpool Coastal Housing. Blackpool Council is administering the process of developing the brief, requesting quotations and establishing a process for selecting a suitable agency.
