The Authority is seeking quotes from organisations to work with the Liverpool Early Help Service to support children and their families through an intense therapeutic and psychological programme with the intention of reducing the number of care entrants and see families move down the continuum of need. The mental health professionals will work alongside Outreach Family Support Workers and other professionals from the Early Help Hubs to provide support that will be underpinned by mentalisation therapy.
