COV - Godiva Festival 2024 - Main Stage Lighting and LED Screen

A supplier is sought to supply, install and operate stage lighting and an upstage LED screen for the Main Stage at Godiva Festival 2024. Subject to satisfactory performance and maintenance of pricing, at the council's discretion, the contract may be extended for an additional 3x 12 month periods to cover the 2025, 2026 and 2027 festivals.

CSW-JETS is a sub-regional e-tendering portal run by In-tend. Since February 2010, Coventry; Solihull; Warwickshire; Nuneaton and Bedworth; Rugby alongside other local district Councils have been working together as a shared procurement service. In conjunction with Solihull Community Housing, we have joined together to bring you a collaborative E-Tendering portal.
