This Contract is for Lot 1 - Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Repair and Maintenance and Monitoring of Security Alarms and Lot 2 - Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Repair and Maintenance of CCTV - Non-Public Surveillance. Durham County Council is seeking to appoint a single Contractor for each Lot(s). The Council intends to invite the 5 highest scoring bidding organisations to the Invitation to Tender Stage for each Lot(s) subject to having passed Sections A - F of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and achieved a minimum weighted score of 50% for Section G. The Contract is for an initial period of 5 years commencing 1st April 2016 with a further 2 years extension.
