The Council is seeking to establish a framework for Sunderland Illuminations and Associated Lighting Products. The framework will be split into the following lots: <u>Lot 1 - Design and Production</u> The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to: · Development of concept themes and designs of the key lighting features · Supply, production and delivery of key lighting features <u>Lot 2 - Associated Lighting Products</u> The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to: · Festoons · Gobos · Lasers · External lighting projectors The period of the framework for 48 months commencing from the date of award. Please note, the award of this framework will be subject to the Council's Cabinet approval.
