Bristol City Council is looking for experienced contractors to:
| • | Install loft insulation (mineral fibre) and any associated works to complete the installation including but not exhaustive of: |
| o | Pre-installation survey |
| o | Installation of new gas-fired boiler, removal and disposal of old system(s), including room thermostat. Include provision for smart thermostat |
| o | Adjustment / installation of new pipework as required |
| o | Adjustment / installation of boiler flue |
| o | Make good where flue/boiler/pipework run /relocated (no decoration) |
| o | Issue CP12 certificate on completion, and register appliance on Gas Safe register |
| o | Register the boiler for the standard manufacturer's warranty, in addition to the ECO compliant guarantee |
