International Construction Services Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)

We invite you to join the International Construction Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide construction works and associated services.

These works and associated services could be located anywhere in the world with exception of the United Kingdom.

The FCO's Commercial Department is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System in order to have a source of pre-qualified general building contractors/constructors with experience as a Principal Contractor who would be interested in tendering for future construction projects within the FCO's global estate.

Note that the FCO is not looking to appoint contractors for individual trades but suppliers that deliver complete fully built solutions outside the UK, where the selected supplier contracts with and manages the multiple subcontracted trades and artisans to deliver the required scope.

Additional information: Although the FCO is likely to be the main client of this Construction DPS, it is intended that in addition to the FCO, the UK wider public sector (Clients) will be able to award contracts under this DPS. You can find a list of Clients in the procurement documentation.

All Applicants are required to register on the FCO's e-sourcing portal to access the SQ and submit their completed SQ and associated documentation.
