description
Following acceptance of the implementation of the KONETIC Software or from any date agreed in a Statement of Work and subject to the these terms, KONETIC shall provide or procure the provision of a system of integrated computer hardware, operating systems software, computer peripherals and facilities (the “System Environment”) to allow the Customer over the internet to access and use the KONETIC Software, and if applicable, to link to and use any agreed Third Party Products in accordance with and subject to the service levels specified in paragraph 3 and subject to paragraph 4 of this Schedule and compliance by the Customer with its other obligations under these terms.
