This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the HSE and the Provider in respect of the provision of the Services by the Provider to the HSE.
The HSE may at its absolute discretion and from time to time order Services from the Provider in accordance with this Framework Agreement, during the Framework Agreement Period.
No undertaking shall be deemed to have been made by the HSE in respect of the total quantities or values of the Services to be ordered pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Provider acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking.
