The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Regulatory Delivery Directorate is the appointed market surveillance authority, responsible for enforcing the Eco-design Regulations within the UK.

BEIS will carry out a market surveillance project to determine the current levels of compliance in the radio sector in line with the Ecodesign requirements.

Tenders are invited for testing according to the requirements detailed below.

As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements. Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite.
