The purpose of this grant is to support the VCSE Sector in developing its role in reducing re-offending by providing it with practical resources, up to date information on key Criminal Justice developments, and support with income generation.
The infrastructure grant addresses three central issues:
| - | practical support for the voluntary sector; |
| - | improved communications to and from the sector; and |
| - | developing strategic engagement with the sector on matters of policy. |
The VCSE Infrastructure Grant provides vital support to Third Sector organisations engaged with the Criminal Justice System in England and Wales. The grant enables effective engagement and co-production with the sector, including with those specialist and niche providers whose involvement is key to ensuring that the men, women and children in our care are effectively supported.
