CA3706 - Framework to provide Capital Works and Professional Services

Over the next few years the Authority plans to carry out a number of estates and facilities projects with an anticipated total value of over £50m - £75m over the life of the Framework Agreement.

The contract values under each contract will vary from project to project.

The Authority is to procure a new contract framework providing a range of services, namely

• to deliver Capital Works greater than £30,000 but less than £10m; and

• a framework of Professional Advisors for the development, design and delivery of projects for faults, repairs, major and small works, all of which will be delivered across all locations in which the Authority operates.
