External Works - The Everleigh Centre - Swindon SN2 5HE

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of the removal and disposal of all existing rainwater goods, fascia, soffit, bargeboard and timber doors and replacement with new. Decoration of the existing wooden panelling and overhaul of the roof. together with associated works (including the disposal and removal of waste and pricing should include for the disposal of waste and clean-up of works as appropriate).

The initial contract term will be for six weeks with no further extensions as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is circa £60,000.00 across the contract term.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

RFQ clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by Wednesday 25th January 2023, 1400.00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
