Provision of Insurance Related Services to London Borough of Newham

The London Borough of Newham are looking to go out to tender at the end of June 2015 for the Provision of Insurance Related Service(s) to the London Borough of Newham to provide the following; Property Insurance Services, Contractors all risk, Casualty Insurance Services, Liability Insurance Services, Pecuniary Insurance Services, Personal Accident & Travel Insurance Services, Engineering Services, Computer insurance, Motor Vehicle Insurance Services.

Additional information: The London Borough of Newham have issued a Prior Information Notice to inform the market of planned future tender activity OJEU reference 2015/S 097-175692 as published in OJEU 21.05.2015. The opportunity is anticipated to be published via a Contract Notice at the end of June 2015. The Contracting Authority currently envisage to advertise the service provision with a number of separate ‘Lots' as defined within the Prior Information Notice attached to this notice. Please note this is not a call for competition at this stage. The Council reserves the right to alter the lot titles and also stipulate a maximum number of lots that can be applied for.

Further detail relating to the specific breakdown of lots and services will be set out clearly in the contract notice expected to be published during June 2015, and the accompanying ITT documentation to be provided at the same time as the Contract Notice.

Currently, it is anticipated that the procurement will be undertaken using the open procedure

Following the publication of a contract notice in June 2015, tenderers will be required to register on the on the electronic tendering system ‘capitalESourcing’ (URL: www.capitalesourcing.com), registration is free.
