GB-London: Station Road Bridge Works

Dear Bidders

A set of addendum documents were recently issued, 23/05/2017, for the Station Road Bridge Works. The ITT deadline submission date was subsequently changed to Friday, 2nd June 2017, 13:00hours in recognition that extra time would be required to undertake and submit the tender returns which reflected the additional addendum information. However, following a request from number renderers, the Authority has agreed to further extend this deadline to Friday 9th June 2017, 13:00hours.The London Borough of Haringey is seeking tender response from a suitable qualified contractor able to carry out provision of Station Road Bridge Replacement works as detailed in the Tender Documents. The works include (but are not limited to) removal of existing structure, new concrete deck including precast concrete beams with an insitu deck, new parapets, temporary works, services diversions, new temporary bridge, traffic management systems.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement documents.

The Council will be using the Open Tender Procedure to meet this requirement. It is intended that the invitation to tender package for this opportunity will be available from 17:00 hours on Monday, 10th April 2017 on the Council's e-tendering system, Delta eSourcing which can be accessed at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta.

Tenderers will be need to register on the site to submit their Tender Response. If already registered, Tenderers do not need o register again, and may simply use their existing usename and password to login to the Delta system. Tenderers will need to log in and go to the " Response Manager" and add the following Access Code and then follow any instruction provided there.
