This framework may be used by the institutions to make purchases on projects that are fully or part-funded by European Union funds or Programs including but not limited to:

1. European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or;
2. European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF)

NEUPC is seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of Intellectual Property Rights Services, which are defined as Legal advice, guidance, pre-filing of searches, development of protection strategy, and licensing and registration services on all matters relating to the creation, development and protection of patents, trademarks, copyright, design rights and trade secrets, and intellectual property rights. It does not include commercialisation and design exploitation services
