The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake strip‐out and refurbishment works to form a new base for the Peel Park grounds maintenance team. The works are to be undertaken within the Lower Ground Floor of Maxwell Building, University of Salford, off The Crescent, Salford M5 4WT.
