description
A Government Shared Services (GSS SAP Cluster) Strategy driven programme to complete design work and FBC has been mobilised in order to enable fully converged shared service functions across the three departments in HR, Finance and Procurement Services. This is a purchase for a new contractual arrangement for professional client advice to support the shared services programme.
The complexity of the programme requires external client-side support as follows:
| • | Provide 'client side' support, advice, challenge and assurance across the work required to complete the detailed design work. This will include specific focus on how we (the three Departments as a Cluster) converge around process, data and technology within our "Enterprise System convergence roadmap"; and |
| • | Provide support and advice on both the detailed design and transition path to a Shared Service Operating model. |
