description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is 07/12/2018 at 14:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal.

The project will help to develop existing evidence base around the potential to reduce carbon emissions in non-domestic buildings. The current evidence is largely based on the Buildings Energy Efficiency Survey (BEES) on the potential to deploy energy efficiency measures in non-domestic buildings. This project will build on this, using BEES as a starting point and gathering further evidence to focus on the potential for implementing low carbon heating cooling and ventilation technologies. Understanding this potential is key to delivering the Clean Growth Strategy commitments and meeting the fifth carbon budget.
