Provision of Community Navigator Services for Older People in Haringey

Following a recent market engagement event on 7th June 2018, Haringey Council is inviting suppliers to a follow up event for the forthcoming tender for the Provision of a Community Navigator service for Older People in Haringey.

The Market Engagement Event will take place on:

The market engagement event will update suppliers on our commissioning intentions, provide an update on current timescales for the procurement process and offer potential service providers the opportunity to network and raise any questions or present any views prior to the commencement of the tender process.

This housing related support service will be a borough-wide Community Navigator Service for older people aged 50+, delivered by a partnership of organisations under one unified contract and will be delivered from a range of community settings in eight localities within the London Borough of Haringey.

The service will provide low to medium level support, be flexible and responsive to the multiple needs of service users and will include an intensive response for service users who have or are at risk of disengaging from the service.

The service will be commissioned for 3 years with an option to extend for further periods of 2 + 2 years.
