Connect is currently working with the NHS on the conversion of a house of multiple occupancy to provide 4 high quality specialist supported housing units for clients with complex needs. The property is located in Hyde Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire. We are seeking interest from suitably experienced and qualified building contractors from whom we will select a preferred partner for early engagement in finalising the specification, cost plan and overall contract sum for the project through a two stage procurement process.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
