description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate (CCMD) acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) previously sought quotations against Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for eDisclosure and Review Services (Reference: RM6203) for the supply of services in a single matter.

This particular eDisclosure Services procurement project relates to the Williams Inquiry, led by Sir Wyn Williams , to look into and establish a clear account of the implementation and failings of the Horizon IT computer system over its lifetime and assess whether lessons have been learnt at the Post Office Limited.

Variation to Contract

Following upload and document processing, the number of

documents to be reviewed under the Contract has increased and the variation includes:

  • i)the increased cost of hard copy document processing;
  • ii)the increased hours and charges for the Document Review; and
  • iii)the increased data and charges for that data to be hosted both in and out of review.
