CP960-13 'Devon County Councils Contribution into Homelessness Prevention for 16/17 year olds', was originally awarded on 21st April 2014. Since then 182 hours have become available due to an existing provider's transitional arrangements coming to an end. A further procurement exercise was then conducted under procurement reference CP960-13A in July 2015 where 108 hours of the 182 hours were re-allocated within the Eastern Community Hub region. Through this procurement exercise DCC intends to commission the remaining 74 support hours per week as part of the 'Homelessness Prevention for 16/17 year olds' contract across all three Community Hub regions (North / South / East) / All 8 housing authority boundaries. (The Homeless Prevention 16/17 Service specification and Performance Framework for this procurement exercise will be the same as previously tendered.)
