Chapel-en-le-Frith Business Park - Preparation of a Masterplan with Business Plan

High Peak Borough Council in partnership with Chapel-en-le-Frith Parish Council and the East Midlands Chamber is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of Consultants, to include architects / master-planners and commercial advisors / surveyors, to prepare a Masterplan and Business Plan providing advice on the infrastructure requirements, design development and management of a Business Park in Chapel-en-le-Frith, as part of the Borough Council's A6 Enterprise Corridor.

The Masterplan and its associated buisness plan will be used to help support a Local Growth Deal bid for construction of 80,000sqft space of low carbon business units designed to host new business starts and grow on space as phase one of scheme delivery.
