The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the provision of comprehensive support and expertise in developing and implementing a new training program aimed at equipping unemployed individuals with the skills and qualifications required to work in the rail sector. This Contract is being procured under the "Light Touch Regime" governed by Articles 74, 75 and 76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015
